Prenatal Yoga

This program is for women in their second or third trimester of pregnancy. Breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and poses that focus on the pelvic floor will prepare for labor, physically and emotionally. Mothers-to-be will learn to specific yoga poses to soothe tightness and prepare muscles to carry extra weight without putting pressure on joints or nerves, you will feel empowered, balanced and confident.

Postnatal Yoga

This program is for women, who have given birth within the last 6 months. Poses are taught to regain physical strength and muscle tone after delivery, focusing on the core belt. You will learn poses that are safe to practice while nursing, faster movements will be introduced to improve blood circulation and guided relaxations will conclude each class to cope with any sleep deprivation.
