Jennifa has been practicing yoga for ten years and completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training with refinements in Philosophy & Meditation, at the world renowned yoga studio in Ubud Bali – The Yoga Barn. Jennifa dedicates herself in practicing and teaching yoga, not only because of the physical benefits, but more importantly the mental health and spiritual growth coming along with disciplined and mindful practice. She wants students to finish her class feeling more open and positive, calm and present.
Jennifa believes a mindful practice firstly comes with great alignment on postures and she enjoys teaching beginners correct alignments and lets them experience the full benefits of the poses. With a very balanced structure of the class, Jennifa aims to offer students yoga class which energizes the body and calms the mind. She also likes to add a bit of creative flow in between poses to keep the class interesting. Jennifa desires to challenge her students with clear and detailed instructions, in a caring and nurturing environment.
Practicing for ten years and learning from a profound teacher at The Yoga Barn, made Jennifa realize yoga is meditation, a path to self-realization, a path to ultimate truth and freedom. Jennifa desires to offer her students what she has learned in the past years and helps them find their inner peace.
