Yoga has been a part of Suman’s life since birth, as she belongs to a family that has practiced yoga for decades. This lifelong immersion has shaped her teaching style into one that is compassionate, holistic, and deeply rooted in tradition. Drawing from Satyananda Yoga (Bihar School of Yoga), she emphasizes the integration of asana, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation rather than focusing solely on physical postures. Suman’s journey is supported by a strong foundation of certifications and training over the last 10 years from Satyananda Yoga teaching certification to Budhist Philosphy, she is also a full qualified kids yoga teacher and has a strong passion towards holistic wellness.
