Ming

Ming is a professionally trained pianist and visual artist, having lived and trained in Germany she found yoga as a complement to ease the stress of performance pressure during her concerts. This inner transformation lead her to decide to be a yoga teacher herself, motivated to bring Hong Kong’s people more balance and harmony in their busy and stressful lifestyles. Ming’s grandfathers served as a Chinese acupuncturist and Chinese doctor. For this reason she was raised with a very traditional holistic healing and wellness mindset, and has devoted herself to exploring better health through exercise since she was young.

Using the principles of alignment, Ming specializes in postural correction and adjustments, she focuses on bringing symmetry to the body- both structurally and in terms of strength and flexibility. Her primary attention is dedicated to balancing muscle control, endurance and flexibility along the spinal column, shoulder girdle and hip joints to implement yoga therapy techniques to release tension and stiffness. Her classes are designed to achieve a chemistry of health, joy and blissfulness. Ming’s teaching style revolves around compassion and precision.

Ming accomplished the 100 Hours Pranayama and Meditation Teacher Training, 100 Hours Kids’ Yoga Teacher Training, and 300 Hours Advance Hatha Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Dr. Yogananth Andiappan and his team of professional masters. Her love and passion for yoga has led her to pursue professional training and eventually to become an instructor in these disciplines. She teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Back Care Yoga, Core Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Slimming Yoga, Kids’ Yoga, Family Yoga, Meditation classes.
