The Team at Inspire Yoga believe in continuous learning, our expert teacher in Yoga for Athletes, Nadine, shared with the rest of us how to balance a yoga sequence to complement a rigorous training schedule. We worked on the focus points for marathon runners, cyclists, spartan racers, trail hikers, tennis players, golf, football, basketball and rugby. We concentrated on techniques to release tension around the hamstrings, hip flexors and shoulders for competitive athletes.
We believe in a community of sharing and learning from each other, our different backgrounds and experiences are so valuable when freely discussed in Inspire Team meetings. These workshops are only open to teachers who are part of Inspire Yoga to ensure continual development to provide the best service to all our clients.
